How to End a Ghost Session

Process Description:   

       End Ghost Session without server reboot

Steps and Screenshots:

Note: This process will require Admin rights on the server

1. Open Task Manager on the server
   • Note: If you are unable to open Task Manager on the server contact your server admin or submit a ticket to Summit Support)
2. Click the Users tab
3. Find the Desktop Window Manager under the ghost session not the user
4. Right-click on it and select Go to details
5. Right-click on the highlighted process and click End Task
6. Close Task Manager and reopen it
7. The Ghost session should now be gone. If not you can end it.
