Summit Client Utility- How To Clear Print Que & Restart Print Spooler Service

Process Description:

Using the Summit Client Utility tools for automating the process of clearing the print que and restarting the Print Spooler service

Requirements to Complete this Process:

• Access to the server that you need to clear the print que on
• Admin access to the server

Steps and Screenshots:

1. Launch the Summit Client Utility from your Desktop or Start Menu (admin permissions required)
2. Click the Server Tasks tab and click Print QUE and Spooler
3. This will automatically clear the print que and restart all Print Spooler Services for you.
