Summit Client Utility – Clear Printer Ports

Process Description:

Using the Summit Client Utility tools for automating the process of clearing printer ports stored on the server.

Requirements to Complete this Process:

• Access to the server that you need to clear printer ports on
• Admin access to the server

Steps and Screenshots:

1. Launch the Summit Client Utility from your Desktop or Start Menu (admin permissions required)
2. Click the Server Functions tab
3. Click Clear Printer Ports
4. Read and then respond to the message that pops up
