Process Description:
Using the Summit Client Utility tools to automate the process of messaging selected users on a server.
Requirements to Complete this Process:
- Access to the server the user(s) is logged into
- (OPTIONAL) Admin access to the server
Steps and Screenshots:
- Launch the Summit Client Utility from your Desktop or Start Menu (admin not required)
- Under the User Tools tab, Select Message Users
- When the pop-up comes up, select the user(s) you’d like to message, along with a message, then select OK
- The user(s) receiving the message will see the entered message
