Windows Photo Viewer cannot display this picture because there might not be enough memory

Issue Description:   

       When users attempt to open SOME jpeg files on their server, they get the following message:

     Typically, this occurs if the customer is using a cell phone to take pictures and then uploading the images to a server running 2012.

Requirements to Complete this Process:

• Admin access to the hosted server
• Notepad++

Steps and Screenshots:

1. Open the affected image within Notepad++
2. Edit the first line where it says ICC_PROFILE
3. Change it to ICC_PROFILX
4. Click File> Save then test it.
