The following printer models are not capable of printing from a terminal services environment. As of right now, this is a very limited list, but it is an ongoing list so it may be updated if more models that are not compatible. If a user has one of these models their only options would be to move the files they are trying to print to their local machine so they can print from there, utilize TSPRint (or a similar program) or they need to get a new printer.
