Slowness When Exporting to Microsoft Excel

Perform the following steps if QuickBooks is slow when exporting large files to Excel:

1. Open QuickBooks
2. Run a report
3. Select Excel > Create New Worksheet
4. Click Advanced in the Send Report to Excel window
5. Deselect the Freeze panes checkbox, and click OK
6. Click Export and verify that there is no latency when exporting the report 

Reminder: 

Make sure that the user has the correct account logged in to Office.(Open excel and click on account that is logged in)

Account subscription should have business enterprise or higher

Sign out accounts that are not needed.


Retry export and see if working.
