QuickBooks Stopped Working message
Issue Description:
The issue usually occurs when accessing QuickBooks company file in multi-user mode.
Requirements to Complete this Process:
- QuickBooks File Admin user.
Steps and Screenshots:
- Sign in as Admin while in multi-user mode.
- Go to File > Utilities.
- Select Disable QuickBooks Messenger.
- Log out of the company file and then log back in for the change to take effect.
