Unique OwnerID/FileID Pair Value Required/ QBWC1039 / QBWebConnector - Error

Issue Description:   

      To walk you through resolving the error "Unique OwnerID/FileID Pair Value Required" 

Requirements to Complete this Process:

• Access to the server. 
• Access to the .QBWC file.
• Access to QB.

Steps and Screenshots:

1. If you are currently receiving the error below, go to the path where the .QBWC file is located.
   
2. In this example, the .QBWC file has been saved to the users' downloads folder.
   
3. Right-click on the .QBWC file and Open With > Notepad.
4. Once it has been opened, locate the OwnerID and FileID entries, seen below.
   
5. All you have to do is, change one character in each line to either a different number or letter. Example: change "c" to an "a" and change the "d" to an "a".
6. It does not matter which letter or number you change it to, but it must be different. Save the file and close.
7. Launch the .QBWC file, and you should be good to go.
8. End.
