- Right-click the QuickBooks icon having the display issue
- Click Properties
- Click the Compatibility tab
- Click Change high DPI settings
- If all users are having the issue click Change settings for all users first
- Changed the option for Use the DPI that’s set for my main display when
- If it is greyed out check off Use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead of the one in Settings
- If it is set to I signed in to Windows change it to I open this program
- Test QuickBooks again.
