Issue: When using a Mac (any version) to access the virtual desktop, when working inside of QuickBooks (any version), a black box is displayed as the cursor.
To resolve this issue perform the following steps:
- Log completely off the Hosted Server
- Click on the Apple logo at the top left corner of your workstation's screen
- Click System Preferences
- Click Accessibility
- Click Display
- Move the scroll bar for cursor size up slightly
- Click the icon in your toolbar to open your virtual desktop again.
