If you have NOT connected your data to a 3rd party application:

- Open a File Explorer window (folder icon on the Task Bar)
- Within the left panel click This PC
- Go to C:\ProgramData\ Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.
Note: If you do not see any of the listed folders click the View tab at the top of the window and check off Hidden Items
- Delete the QuickBooks Web Connector icon from that folder.
- Restart the server and open QuickBooks.
If you have connected your data to a 3rd party application:
- Close completely out of QuickBooks and the Web Connector.
- Open a File Explorer window (folder icon on the Task Bar)
- Within the left panel click This PC
- Go to: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QBWebConnector\log.
Note: If you do not see any of the listed folders click the View tab at the top of the window and check off Hidden Items
- Rename the QWCLOG.TXT to OLDQWCLOG.TXT.
- Reopen Web Connector.
- Restart the server then open QuickBooks and login to your third-party application.
