QuickBooks Web Connector Error 1085

          If you have NOT connected your data to a 3rd party application:

1. 1. Open a File Explorer window (folder icon on the Task Bar)
   2. Within the left panel click This PC
   3. Go to C:\ProgramData\ Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.

Note: If you do not see any of the listed folders click the View tab at the top of the window and check off Hidden Items

4. Delete the QuickBooks Web Connector icon from that folder.
5. Restart the server and open QuickBooks.

If you have connected your data to a 3rd party application:

1. Close completely out of QuickBooks and the Web Connector.
2. Open a File Explorer window (folder icon on the Task Bar)
3. Within the left panel click This PC
4. Go to: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QBWebConnector\log.

Note: If you do not see any of the listed folders click the View tab at the top of the window and check off Hidden Items

5. Rename the QWCLOG.TXT to OLDQWCLOG.TXT.
6. Reopen Web Connector.
7. Restart the server then open QuickBooks and login to your third-party application.
