1. Log into the Hosted Server
2. Open File Explorer (folder icon on the Taskbar)
3. Navigate to the file(s) you would like to transfer.
   • This will depend on where you save your files
   • They are normally in the My Shared Data (S drive), on the C: drive within a shared folder or within one of your personal folders such as Downloads, Documents, or Desktop.
4. Right-click on the file(s) then click Copy
5. Minimize/resize your Virtual Desktop so you can see your local workstation.
6. On your workstation navigate to where you would like to place the file(s)
   • It is recommended to create a folder on your local desktop or access the drive to where you want to save the file/s.
7. Right-click in an empty area then click Paste.
   • You should see a window pop up and display the progress of the copy. 

Note: You can transfer files to the server following the same steps in the other direction.
