Issues Installing On An Older MAC OS Version

Issue Description:   

       If a customer tries to install TruGrid and is getting the incompatibility message. 

Requirements to Complete this Process:

• MAC local admin user. 
• Contact Apple Support to get the latest MAC OS downloads and update the OS. 

Steps and Screenshots:

1. Upgrade the MAC OS to version 10.13 or newer.
2. After upgrading the MAC OS, you are now ready to install the TruGrid connector. 
3. Open MAC finder - Go To Application and Trash All TruGrid Connectors previously installed.
