Issues Installing On An Older MAC OS Version
Issue Description:
If a customer tries to install TruGrid and is getting the incompatibility message.
Requirements to Complete this Process:
- MAC local admin user.
- Contact Apple Support to get the latest MAC OS downloads and update the OS.
Steps and Screenshots:
- Upgrade the MAC OS to version 10.13 or newer.
- After upgrading the MAC OS, you are now ready to install the TruGrid connector.
- Open MAC finder - Go To Application and Trash All TruGrid Connectors previously installed.
