How To Locate TruGrid Connector Logs

Windows:

TruGrid Desktop (Windows) connector logs are located at this path C:\Users\$(user)\AppData\Roaming\TruGrid Connector

MAC:

How to obtain logs for Mac users:
1. Open Finder
2. At the top left of the screen click Go
3. Select Go to Folder
4. Follow the path /Users/{username}/.config/TruGrid/Logs (where {username} is your computer folder user name)
5. When you get to the {username} folder, please hit command+shift+. (Command, Shift, and *period*) key sequence and proceed following to the .config/TruGrid/Logs folder
