If you are having issues with your display settings, we have noticed the following steps will get you back to Full-Screen mode: You must be logged off the server.
1. Open TruGrid and go to your Settings
2. Click Cancel next to the custom settings dialogue
3. Change the Screen Mode to Full Screen
4. Click Save
