Immediate Action Required to invite additional users to your account.
After you have logged into your new server, you will need to invite your company's other users to log in as well. On your desktop, you will see a shortcut named "Invite Additional Users." Double-click the shortcut and fill in the required fields for your remaining users to send the invitations. After their information has been submitted, there may be a one- to two-hour delay, but users will get their welcome emails and can sign in to the server.
If you need any immediate assistance, please open a new ticket. Your new ticket will be sent to the top of our ticket queue, and our average response time is 20 minutes or less.
