Telpay - Creating Backups

1. Log into your server and locate the Telpay folder (C:\billpay\Telpay)
2. Open the Run command (right-click the Start button and click Run)
3. Use this command: Path_To_TPBCBackup.exe Path_To_Company_Data_Folder

For example, if your company number was "1234567" you would use:
C:\billpay\TPBCBackup.exe C:\billpay\Telpay\1234567

4. In the window that populates, choose Network folder and point to a location other than the server's C drive
5. Click Backup
6. When the process completes you'll be left with a .zip file which is the backup file
7. If there is more than one company data folder, repeat the process, editing the company number at the end of the command.
