Error:
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Root element is missing. (C:\ProgramData\Sage Payment Solutions\Sage Exchange Desktop\SageExchange.exe.config).
Solution:
- Open File Explorer
- Navigate to C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Sage Payment Solutions\Sage Exchange Desktop
- Delete the SageExchangeDesktop.settings file.
- Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Sage Payment Solutions\Sage Exchange Desktop
- Delete the SageExchange.exe.config file.
- Go to the Start Menu and launch Sage Exchange.
