How the issue is presenting: When attempting to sign into the server via TruGrid Connector on an iphone/ipad, the server attempts to connect and then goes back to the vWorkspace screen:
To resolve:
- On the affected IOS device, navigate to Settings and then App Store
- Scroll to the bottom and disable Offload Unused Apps (Screen Shot shows disabled)
- Uninstall and reinstall TG-Connector on the IOS device
- Test signing in again.
