Unable To Connect To A Server Via An IOS Device

How the issue is presenting: When attempting to sign into the server via TruGrid Connector on an iphone/ipad, the server attempts to connect and then goes back to the vWorkspace screen:

To resolve:

1. On the affected IOS device, navigate to Settings and then App Store
2. Scroll to the bottom and disable Offload Unused Apps (Screen Shot shows disabled)

1. Uninstall and reinstall TG-Connector on the IOS device
2. Test signing in again.
