How To Reset Your MFA Via An Internet Browser And What To Do Next When Your MFA Has Been Reset

RESET MFA

1. 1. Go to the TruGrid Login page (https://app.trugrid.com/login)
   2. Enter your registered corporate email address and select Continue
   3. Click on Reset MFA
   4. Select the RESET button to proceed to the reset validation page
   5. Confirm the last four digits of your mobile number. This is a security precaution to validate it is you requesting this to be reset.
      
   6. Enter the four-digit code sent to your mobile number.
   7. Your MFA has now been reset so you can set it up again
   8. Go to the TruGrid Authenticator app on your mobile phone
   9. Remove the prior account (if any) that was setup in your TruGrid Authenticator mobile app.
      • Note: This step is very important.
   10. Follow the remaining reset steps from the website to reset your MFA
       
       

RE-SETUP YOUR MFA

1. 1. Go to the TruGrid Login page (https://app.trugrid.com/login)
   2. Enter your registered corporate email address and select Go
   3. Enter your password and select Login
   4. Ensure you have removed any prior account (if any) setup in your TruGrid Authenticator mobile app.
      • Note: This step is very important.
   5. Scan the QR code when prompted, using your TruGrid Authenticator mobile app, select the + sign on top right to scan the QR code. Select Allow.
   6. Your MFA is now re-setup

4. What to do next when your MFA has been reset 

1. Go to the TruGrid Authenticator app on your mobile phone.
2. Remove the prior account (if any) setup on your TruGrid Authenticator app
3. Make sure you are logged out of your Internet browser
4. Go to the TruGrid Login page (https://app.trugrid.com/login) or your Desktop Connector
5. Enter your registered corporate email address
6. Select Go
7. Login with your Password
8. Scan the QR code with your TruGrid authenticator app on your mobile phone
9. Set your new reset phone number
10. Continue to dashboard
