If your printer is not showing up on the server, be sure that "Forward printing devices" are enabled. This option can be found by doing the following from within the RDP software on your Mac:
- Make sure that you are completely logged off of the server
- On your Mac RDP software, right-click the Server then select Edit
- Click Local Resources
- Check the Printers box
- Click Save
