Your account has been fully migrated, and this guide shows where features previously found in Serverman now live in the new Summit Customer Portal. Use this as a quick reference for navigating, finding your servers, and managing day‑to‑day operations.

1. List of your Servers
Serverman (Before):
Summit Portal (Now):
Go to Assets → Hover over Servers to access a list of all your servers with full details.
2. View Server Details
Serverman (Before):
Summit Portal (Now):
Click any server name from the server list to view full details. Everything you need is now grouped in clearly labeled tabs.
3. View Server Software
Serverman (Before):
Summit Portal (Now):
Click Servers → go to the Software tab to view installed OS, apps, and services in one spot.
4. View & Edit Server Logins (Secrets)

Summit Portal (Now):
Go to the Secrets tab in the server details page to securely view, update, or manage credentials.
5. View Config Audit Log
Serverman (Before):

Go to the Audit Logs tab in the server details page to view a complete history of configuration changes, including the date, user, IP address, and action taken.
6. View Server IP Assignment / rDNS

Summit Portal (Now):
Go to Assets → IP Assignments, then select an IP to view network details, reverse DNS settings, and add restrictions as needed
7. Billing & Payment

Use the Billing tab to review past statements and manage payment methods quickly and securely.
8. Open a Support Ticket

Click Tickets in the top navigation bar. You’ll be directed to our support portal (Zendesk).
