Issue Description:
When users are not able to see the local drives while on the server.
Requirements to Complete this Process:
- Access to TruGrid connector.
Steps and Screenshots:
- To configure RDP SETTINGS, click the drop-down menu on the top right corner of the TruGrid Windows Connector, then select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Go to Device Redirection and then Redirect All Drives and enable the setting and check the mapped drives:
- Click Save when done and log back in again.
