TruGrid - Enabling Redirect Printer
Issue Description:
When users are not able to see the printers when printing on the server.
Requirements to Complete this Process:
- Access to TruGrid connector.
Steps and Screenshots:
- To configure RDP Settings, click the drop-down menu on the top right corner of the TruGrid Desktop Connector or Web Connector, then click Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Go to the Device Redirection section and then Redirect Printers and verify it is enabled:
- Click Save when done then close the Settings window and reconnect to the server to test.
