Solution I:
1. Login to https://login86.insynq.com/desktop
2. Go to Preferences tab then go to Experience tab
3. Under Optimization, uncheck the Flash Acceleration and WAN Acceleration (see screenshot).
4. Save Changes.
5. Go back to the Application tab and launch the remote desktop again.
Solution II:
1. Login to https://login86.insynq.com/desktop
2. Go to Preferences tab then go to Experience tab
3. Under Optimization, check WAN Acceleration (see screenshot) and change Performance settings to show WAN and uncheck the sub settings (see screenshot and follow highlighted settings).
4. Save Changes.
5. Go back to the Application tab and launch the remote desktop again.
