Remote Desktop Can't Connect To The Remote Desktop Computer For One Of These Reasons

1. Log in to the web portal: Sign In Page
2. Go to the Preferences tab. 
3. Go to the Experience tab.
4. Enable or check EOP Xtream.
5. Click SaveChanges at the bottom right. 
6. Go back to the Applications tab. 
7. Launch the remote desktop.
