Stay logged in to the server, but minimize your connection window to see your local computer's desktop.

On your local desktop at the bottom right corner of your screen right-click on the vWorkspace icon (Highlighted in Yellow)

Click on Apply additional printer properties.

Go back to the virtual desktop.

Test print.
*Note that there should be another pop-up window (Printer Properties) after clicking the first “print” command. -
Change the desired print setting.

Click Print.
If unable to find the “Apply Additional Printer Properties” (step 3) in the System Tray:
- Log completely off the server

Uninstall the vWorkspace connector from the Control Panel> Programs and Features or Add & Remove Programs.

Reboot your local workstation.

Install vWorkspace client and run as Admin.

Log in to the virtual desktop.

Go to the system tray and find the vWorkspace icon and click on Client Properties.
If unable to find it in the system tray, look for EOP Universal Printer in the Control Panel.

- In the Start menu search Control Panel.
- View the window by Small Icons.
- View Properties Cache
- Update Printer Cache
Note: You might need to repeat the first solution after completing the second solution.
