1. Verify which method they use to send emails in QB. 2. Open the QB company file. 3. Go to Edit. 4. Go to Preferences 5. Go to Send Forms 6. Click WebMail 7. Click on the Default Email 8. Click on Edit. 9. Uncheck use enhanced security. 10. Email again.
